I have for sale a 1958 Plymouth Plaza. It has 51, xxx original miles and has been locally owned since it's original purchase from Cumberland Motors here in Nashville in 1958. This car has the original flat head 6 cylinder engine and the two-speed "push button" automatic transmission. All the original equipment (Heater, dash gauges, generator, etc.) still works. Car runs and drives. Leaks a little oil when parked and smokes a little when first started (can't blame it for being almost 60 years old). Car will need a carburetor adjustment and a harmonic balancer as it is starting to make a little noise at times) The front driver side bumper and headlight bezel have a little damage from before I purchased the vehicle (not super noticeable). The bumpers could use a re-chroming to make it look great. Has some rust on the floor pans and a hole near the passenger side front seat area (I patched with sheet metal to help). The trunk area looks solid to me. The paint and body work was done by the previous owner. It looks good but there are a couple places where the paint is peeling so it might need a paint job if it bothers you. I am not a professional mechanic or auto restorer so there might be other things I just can't see. I do know this car is a lot of fun to drive and gets attention everywhere she goes. The car has a new battery (replaced on 6/2017) New carpet Wide whitewall tires from Diamondback Tire (Installed 8/2015) Less than 1K miles on them. Radiator was cleaned and repaired professionally in 7/2015 New master cylinder and wheel cylinders replaced in 7/2015 Heater hoses replaced 7/2015 New fuel pump replaced 7/2015
