I am moving out of the country in two weeks, and this will be the only time this auction is up. The Kelly Blue Book for this vehicle is $3000, so that is what the Buy It Now price is set for. I have a CarMax appraisal as well, so I have set the reserve for that amount. If it doesn't sell during this one-time auction, it goes to CarMax, and then you'll have to pay much more at one of their auctions. Get it here and now! For an 11-year old car, it is in pretty good condition. We've trekked up and down the eastern seaboard more times than I care to remember in the 6 years we have owned it, and never had an issue with it. The things you'll want to know about: - A few years ago, a guy turned in front of my wife, and they tapped ends. No cops, no report. He slipped us a couple hundred bucks to fix the front bumper, but it is as it was then. Pictures to show. By Driver's side headlamp. - There is one chip in the windshield. We actually had the entire windshield replaced two days before this happened. Wasn't gonna do it a second time. The chip has not grown since the incident. - Only one speaker works. It's an Alpine Premium 8-speaker plus a sub factory stereo system, but the previous (first) owner abused them, and they all began giving up after we purchased it. - One rim has damage to it thanks to a particularly unruly curb my wife had a fight with. She lost. Tire was replaced. - The coolant tank has been slowly losing fluid. No huge puddles to be found, and the car runs right down the middle of the temp gauge despite the 100+ days recently. We loved this car. It's a head-turner due to its rarity, and it has the functionality and space of an SUV without having to climb *up* into your vehicle. The A/C pumps cold air, the dual-memory driver seat allows for both my wife (who is 10" shorter than I am) and myself to have our own automatically adjusted setting for the seat and side-rear view mirrors at the touch of one button. The car has bluetooth so you can dial, answer, and talk hands-free just by sitting in the car. It has awesome pick-up for those pesky on-ramps, and the cruise control is nice and smooth. The top has a combo moonroof/sunroof, and there are cargo rails on top if you feel the urge to go for a long camping or skiing trip, or just wanna head out surfing for the day. I cannot emphasize enough, though. This is the only time this car will be listed. I fly to the other side of the world in mid-August, and the only day and place it is possible for me to hand-off the car is on August 7th in the Hampton Roads, VA area.
