Also great inventory for a dealer as well. I sold a identical 66 tripower 4 speed convertible last week in 2 days...that car had the wrong motor and floor issues. Get it while its' hot! Engine is the correct WS Code 389 dated March of 66 I believe. Heads are 093's Tripower manifold and carbs are long gone. I was told by the elderly gentleman I got the car from that the car ran like $$$$ with the tripower on it and it became a door stop and got tossed as scrap in about 1975. In any event the car is very original, and highly optioned. The car is super dry with rust free floors and trunk. The pinch weld is clear and evident at the bottom of the quarter panels, no swelling of the rocker pinch welds, outer wheelhouse pinch welds, door skin to shell, ect. Interior is as nice as it can be for being a 1966 and unrestored. Very presentable, no tears, rips, ect. This car is from Arkansas and has been garage kept for its' entire life. It enjoyed the car show and beer circuit for the past 25 years, accumulating very little mileage. This car has had one repaint in the correct Montero Red, a top put on it at some point, and the intake, carb, and distributor are not correct to the car. Trans and rear end are. The car looks great, runs great, drives great, not perfect but a excellent unrestored piece. PHS documented. I do not have the protectoplate but there PHS just reiterates the same jargon. Very nice looker with the Rally I wheels, no body shop patched together GTO here. a nice original 4 speed GTO convertible. Im not much of a photographer, or a car detailer neither.
