1970 Grabber Orange Ford Mustang The beautiful Convertible is an older ten year ground up restoration by a good friend and retired Shelby judge. He built this fun driver for his wife and it was driven occasional for years and always garage kept since restoration.The car has been sitting for the past couple years and the older couple doesn't get time to enjoy it and decided to sell to someone whom appreciates it. The car was finished off in Grabber orange with a few "Twists" . Twister graphics were applied and Mach one appointments to include the hard to find lower applique.One very rare feature is the "Original Shelby Convertible Rollbar" ( Price one of the Originals today! )Shaker Hood added to a 302 powerplant, never offered from ford.The car was built with the idea of "how would Ford have built this car." * Ford never built a Mach 1 Convertible* The car is loaded with options listed here. The engine is a stock 302 with a C4 AutomaticDual exhaust is stock with Mach 1 tips.The convertible Top looks outstanding and Goes up and down with ease. The convertible top also has the folding Glass verse the plastic window. The paint still shows very well and a few subtle imperfections but its overall nice.The car has some small body fit adjustments but overall nice, the worst fit is the Fiberglass Trunk. (decent body guy can adjust or put the top down and drive it! ) The interior is very nice and only the Shelby Roll Bar has a underside seam that needs some regluing.The Air conditioning is all there but needs to be recharged, car has been sitting for two years.The car fits well and again drives well.
