Most cars have rolled over or exceeded mechanical limits. Shipping Buyer is responsible for shipping the vehicle unless otherwise agreed upon. We will be happy to ship vehicles to local residents within 150 miles of San Jose for no charge. Other than that, you are responsible for obtaining shipping quotes and getting the vehicle shipped. Our agents will fully cooperate with your shipping company to handle the logistics. Taxes The buyer is responsible for taxes on the vehicle in your sate of province. We will collect sales tax from all California residents. All out of state residents are responsible for knowing your own state taxes. General Payment Terms We Accept: Cashiers Check Personal check once cleared Cash or Money Order American Motors Custom & Classics will require immediate payment of a $500 deposit either through credit card or Paypal within 48 hours of Auction close. We expect the remainder of the funds within a week of the auction close. If you are paying by personal check, your check will need to clear our bank before we hand the vehicle to your shipper.
