This convertible Beetle will be sold at NO RESERVE- it needs some attention cosmetically but the engine runs great and the car runs and drives just fine. The airbag light stays on, have not checked it out but could be simple fix. Mechanically there are no known issues and the car has a NEW battery just installed with 2 year free replacement warranty, winning bidder will be given receipt for warranty. The car needs a new window regulator for the left rear window as it will not move but can be heard trying to operate when the switch is pressed. There are videos on youtube on how to replace. It also needs a glovebox latch (broken) and a driver side door panel which is loose and cracked ($85 on ebay). The rear left interior panel which has to be removed anyway to access window regulator, needs the viynl fabric reglued on it. The convertible top is in manual mode currently because it will not operate at the switch, not sure why but it's not too hard to just move manually. The car is dirty inside and needs a good detailing. The body is pretty nice for the year with only minor dings/scratches. Terms of sale: ALL Georgia bidders MUST add $200 dealer fee and 7% title tax (based on book value) to bid amount. Out of state bidders are not charged these fees, your bid is what you will pay. Sold as is where is. Known issues have been described, however other issues unknown could be present. Inspection may be made on Saturday only from 9am-1pm.
