Up for sale is my personally owned and very well driving 2002 Volvo C 70 Convertible Volvo. This vehicle runs and drives very well and shifts as it should with a working turbo acceleration and with great fuel economy on its 5 Cylinder engine. I have lost my storage for this vehicle and have several convertibles so I must sell it to conserve storage space and insurance fees, and that's why I am selling this fine automobile. Two ebayers previously won the auction on this car but could not fund the transaction so it is being listed again WITH NO RESERVE so please if you bid have all your finances in place to complete this transaction according to the auction terms. The former owner of this car was an excellent mechanic who worked for an Import Car shop on Long Island New York and did all the maintenance on it in the two years he had it, and replaced the engine when the car had 184,000 on it with a salvage motor that had only 64,000 miles on it, so based on its current mileage the car's engine has only around 75,000 miles on it The engine compartment looks like it is brand new and the performance of this car is exemplary of a well running Volvo in this body type. The car's body has 195,489 on it. The automatic convertible top works as it should and all accessories work as they should on this fine automobile. The brakes have been serviced and the tires have 90% tread left and are still under warranty from Mavis Tires, and the brakes have been serviced as well with new pads and rotors. All the general maintenance such as plugs oil changes, and all other fluids are all up to date , the car has a new battery and starter, which are still both still under warranty, and the car is ready to go and drive anywhere with really no running issues. The car leaks no fluids and the engine bay looks new. There are no Check Engine Lights on , and all lights, windows, door locks, and electronics work as they should with no issue. The car has a beautiful original paint job, and being a 15 year old car it has some mild abrasions on the body, and some small dings around the doors and fenders, but no dents. The top is in excellent condition and has no holes anywhere but has one are the size of a quarter that has a mild abrasion, but it is hardly noticeable at 4 feet. As stated before all electrical functions work on the car, and the stock CD, Cassette Radio sounds fantastic, with included Tape Adapter to play anything from your smart phone, and the heated seats, seat controls, all the windows and all door locks work as they should. The optional Spoke Volvo Rims are a nice touch and show well and have really minimal rash. The interior of the car has wear on the driver’s seat and has been sewn, and the passenger seat is worn with no rips or tears. The rear seats look great and have minimal wear, and look like new. The AC Compressor was changed and is new and worked last season, but it needs a new AC hose and a recharge to make it function again to factory specs. The rest of the climate controls all work, and the car’s lights and glass all work, perform and look as they should. This car is really fun to drive and I have driven this car back and forth to Long Island many times and have gotten over 32 miles a gallon on the open road. The car can drive to Florida or California needing nothing and it is offered here on ebay with NO RESERVE, and a non refundable $500.00 deposit. I am still driving this car until sold so the mileage will creep up slightly when the auction ends.
