57 Ariel 500 Red Hunter, came out of a museum in 2012, been in storage since. Just put back to running condition this week. Put in battery, gas, checked the fluids and it started right up. 4 kicks. Runs and rides pretty good. Pulls nice with no odd noises. Shifts good except 1st to second sometimes misses the mark. Adjustment maybe? Everything works, headlight, tail light, brake light, horn just chirps. Tires hold air good but are old with rear showing some dry rot. Was told when I bought it that it has an alloy engine? Has NOS Grand Prix carb. Very nice paint and chrome. Aluminum fenders. Speedometer works but looks a little optimistic.
