Rebuilt, Rebuildable & Reconstructed

1978 Honda cr250, it is completely rebuilt with 2 heat cycles. The engine has had a complete rebuild with all bearings and seals replaced, new clutch friction and steel plates, the cylinder has been sleeved to standard bore and a new wiseco piston, rings, pin and bearing installed. It has a new Jemco pipe and silencer, rebuild Keihin carb and new reeds. The airbox has been fitted with a support ring and a new one piece Twin Air filter installed. The frame and swingarm are powdercoated with Sherwin Williams RAL 3020, the frame has no repairs, crushed tubes or rusted areas, the frame mounted lower chain roller has been lowered for better chain clearance. It has new Full-Circle rims, buchannon stainless spokes and nipples, new Maxxis tires, new heavy duty tubes, new brakes and wheel bearings. The rust free forks have new seals and fluid, the shocks are Ohlin piggy-backs, they have been rebuilt with all new internals and new shafts. The tank is flawless with PPG basecoat clearcoat paint and new decals, it has all new VMX racing plastics, new VMX seat cover, side pull throttle, new controls with shorty levers, new kill switch and grips. New PBI sprockets (14 x 49) new chain and new chain rollers, adjustable rear brake torque rod, an aftermarket alloy chain guide. All fasteners are stainless with lock nuts throughout.
