Beautiful condition, two-owner car. Runs and drives excellent, no noises of any kind, and no smoke from the original numbers matching engine. The engine starts right up and runs smoothly. The odometer reflects the original mileage. The front has been upgraded to OEM style power disc brakes, and 15" Rally Wheels with new tires have been added. The fuel system has been replaced and the original carburetor has been professionally rebuilt and ceramic coated and only marine fuel (ethanol free) has been used since. The ignition retains the factory style points and has been completely rebuilt. The factory style external regulated alternator has been rebuilt and upgraded in output for worry free operation of power convertible top, and any future sound system upgrades, even at idle speed. The 2 speed powerglide transmission shifts perfectly. The original radio has been redesigned and upgraded to 180 watts, multi-channel and pre-amp outputs, bluetooth, phone connection, iPod input, and full digital AM/FM operation, all retaining the original OEM radio body and function. The repaint and top is 10 years old and has a few chips (see photos) but is in excellent condition for driving. The interior is in fantastic condition with two-tone blue vinyl seating. All lights and gauges function as new. The power top is in excellent condition and raises and lowers perfectly. The car was just aligned when the brakes were completed, and drives perfectly straight like new. The doors have zero sag, and close correctly. The trunk is clean and is rust free just some old stains. The windshield has been replaced in the last 5 years. This nice car always attracts attention while on the road. Some original chrome could use re-plating, but not mandatory as it all retains original shine and function. The car requires nothing unless a show car paint job is desired. It is beautiful exactly in its current condition and the buyer will enjoy it for many years. There is no rust in floor boards, they are in excellent shape.
