Vehicle Detail
It has a small rust bubble forming next to the rear window opera glass. The front filler panel is cracked from years of sun and weather. The one major “down side” is that when they took the doors off to paint the car, it didn’t get lined up correctly. I just don’t have the time to get it done. The weather stripping for the trunk needs to be replaced, since it tends to leak when it is washed. I don’t know about rain, since it is always covered. It will not take much to make this thing perfect. This was to be my show car, but other priorities and obligations call. NOW for the crazy stuff, All of the following is custom chrome - alternator, power steering unit, timing chain cover, brake booster, air cleaner, a/c compressor and all brackets. The oil pan and water pump were purchased already chromed. The intake and valve covers were custom polished to shine like chrome. (It is a terrible sickness.) I will put new tires on and a new battery in the car. It only gets driven a few miles each week just to keep everything working. The engine has less than 1, 000 miles. The crank was turned .010 /.010 and balanced. It has eagle rods and TRW pistons. The block was bored .030 over. It is not a numbers matching car. The turn signal lights, grilles, headlight surrounds wheel well opening moldings and rocker panels are all new old stock. I have a lot of NOS parts to go with the car as well. NO I will not ship overseas, no I will not pay for shipping. The check has to clear before I release the car. I will help meet your transport company. I suggest you look at and drive the car before you buy it so if there is anything that bothers you, you know in advance. It is not perfect, but it won’t take much. Especially if you have the patience. If you have any questions, ASK. P. S. I am the second owner and have had the car longer than the wife.
