nice Honda scooter runs good electric start doesn't work there is NO TITLE for this scooter a title could be obtained I purchased it in non running condition it runs now but not worth my expense to get a titlebut I can work with the buyer and get a Illinois title if it is purchasedI set a reserve for $300 that's what I need to break even
