Up for auction is a 1967 TR4A. Previous owner passed away after doing three years of extensive work on this tr4a. After the car purchase he purchased a reconditioned frame. The underside of this car is very impressive. The car from what I see is rust free. I am selling for the family and have recently got the car on the road. Our goal was to get his project completed and on the road. I have at least $8000 in parts receipts not including the frame and the new exhaust system. The following was completed by the previous owner: u joints , frame , brakes , New set of steel wheels , extra set of bolt on wire wheels and spinners , New tires , rebuilt engine , seat kit , panel kit , carpet kit , rebuilt hydrolics, New top , exhaust system , rebuilt carbs , seat belt set not yet installed , pertronics ignition , New dash pads , New glove box , water pump , generator , starter , clutch kit , fuel tank liner , timing chain , and I am sure there are more upgrades The engine sounds great. The car still needs some tweaking in the following areas: Wiring(all lights work but I can't get the temp and fuel gauges to work. Passenger door needs adjusting and will only open from the inside handle . Drivers door could use some adjusting also.. Rear backup lights New and installed but not wired up. .Solid car but could use paint. This will be a no reserve auction. Thanks. The set of wire wheetls does include the bolt on hubs. It has been brought to my attention by a very helpful eBay member that the vin # does not match up with the title year 1967. This car was made in late 1965 and probably titled in 1966. Somewhere in its life in got changed to a 1967 title. If anyone interested in the car I want them to know this can and will be corrected. I have posted additional pictures of the underside. I am seeing that that rockers have been repaired and will need more work prior to painting. Other than that the car is very solid. As stated earlier the wiring will need some attention along with some door allignment. This car has alot going for it and the asking price is equal to the approx value of materials alone. Thanks , Jim
