This bike is being sold for parts or repair, second gear shifting fork needs repair or replacement (no second gear). I purchased this bike from an acquaintance a few years ago and was assured it was a good running bike before it was left in a garage. The last time it was registered was in 1998. I rebuilt the carburetors, installed a new battery, fuel pump, spark plugs, air, oil & fuel filter, changed oil & anti-freeze. The bike started and was running good until I went to test ride it and found out it would not go into second gear. Doing research online I found out these early Honda Magnas had a defective second gear shifting fork. The bike does go into all six gears when it is on the center stand. Everything else on the bike works correctly & is otherwise very good condition.
