NO RESERVE! For sale is a 2006 Nissan Murano AWD with 97k miles and a clear NYS title. NYS inspection is valid until October 2017. The car ran well until the transmission started to die (confirmed by three transmission repair shops). The transmission is now broken so the car does not move. However the engine is strong and only has 97k miles. It has been in my fiance's possession for about 10 years (6 years in Michigan and 4 years in New York). When it was running, we thought of selling the car for quite some time. Now that it's not running, we don't want to go through the hassle of getting a used transmission, paying for the swap, and then trying to sell it, while paying the outrageous Brooklyn insurance premiums. We want to cut our losses, get what we can for it and move on (hence, NO RESERVE). Even if you count the added expense of repairs, you will be hard pressed to find another Murano with such a clean interior, eye catching exterior and less than 100k miles on the odometer at this price!
