Up for auction is a all original 1978 Ford F-250 Ranger Lariat.Has been owned by 1 family since new,and has been in California all its life. This F-250 has 118K original miles on the original powertrain,that is a 5.8 liter 351 V.8 engine.Automatic transmission that shifts smooth.It will probably need a tuneup and carburetor adjusting to run much better,it has been sitting for about 2 years.She fires right up and idles great. The body and paint is in original condition and untouched since it was new.Rust free with the exception of the surface rust on the roof.Has some small dents here and there but nothing major.Paint is in good condition has great patina. Interior remains untouched and original,and showing a little wear.The bench seat has a tear,and the dash pad is cracked. Has factory A/C that is not working,the belt for the compressor is off,will probably need a new one.Has factory power steering and power brakes.I think the power steering pump is giving out its a little harder then normal. A great rust free Ford F-250 Ranger Lariat that has great patina and originality that can't be duplicated.
