For sale is my beautiful 2008 BMW E92 M3. I've had it for a couple years now and love it but have decided I want a full-blown race car. I bought this car with the intention of ultimately converting it into a race car or at least full HPD car but have decided to go another route. I searched a while for an E92 M3 that did not have iDrive or Nav or really any options at all. Finally after several months or more of looking, I found this car. It came with the carbon fiber roof, no iDrive, no Nav, manual transmission, no cold weather, premium or tech packages rendering it about as light as an E92 M3 would have come from the factory. I think the only options it has are power windows, power locks and power leather seats. So it's a pretty awesome platform to begin with. From there, I've made a few modifications:Stop Tech Trophy kit Big Brake Kit, front and rear with stainless steel lines and Pagid yellow endurance race pads (this is the system that was used on these cars in the World Challenge series at the time) - $10,000 systemTC Kline double adjustable coil-over suspension system - $5,000 systemRays/Volk Racing TE37 forged wheels; 18x10.5 rear, 18x9.5 front (extremely light, very strong)Dunlop Direzza Star Spec II tires, 275/35/18 with a little life still leftBorla muffler sectionPower steering pump overflow reservoircarbon fiber vent and mirror covers PLEASE READ READ READ THIS VERY CAREFULLY!! - The aforementioned Stop Tech brake system and TC Kline suspension systems only come with the car if the BUY IT NOW price is used or if we come to some mutual agreement. If the reserve price is met but the BUY IT NOW price is not, the OEM brake and suspension systems will be re-installed on the car by Agile Auto, a very reputable service station. Again, to be clear, if the BUY IT NOW price is not used but the reserve price is met, the OEM brakes and suspension will be reinstalled on the car and that is how the winning bidder will receive the car; without the Stop Tech BBK or TC Kline suspension. This is it. The car has never been raced and is extremely reliable. The oil was changed in November and the car has since been driven less than 1,000 miles. The brake fluid was just changed March 9th, 2017, 54,660 miles. I have all records of services for the last two years. Everything else is up to date and good to go! The car is in excellent mechanical condition, no issues at all. Cosmetically the car is in great condition; the rear seats look like they've never been sat in, there is virtually no wear on the front seats or the rest of the interior for that matter. The exterior has it's fair share of paint chips on the front end and near the rear wheel flares from normal highway driving. There is one minor scratch on the passenger side door but the exterior is in overall great shape. The car has 0 paint work, 0 accidents and has never seen a curb. NOTE: the front splitter in the pictures has been removed from the car and will not come with the car. It was too low for normal street driving. However, the car will come with the original suspension and brake components. HERE IS THE BEST PART; the car is under a Carmax fully transferable, full-coverage warranty until 75,000 miles or June 10, 2018! The previous owner bought the car from Carmax with the transferable warranty. It costs $30 to transfer the warranty to the next owner. This really is a great car with no issues. It's awesome, I love it, just want something different. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs but I can assist with arrangements. Payment should be made via bank transfer. A $1,000 bank deposit is due within 24 hours of auction end. The balance is due within 3 days. The title, which is free and clear, will not be signed over until funds have been cleared by my bank, Wells Fargo. I encourage anyone interested to come see the car in person.
