This is a 2006 Mercedes-Benz C230 Sport Edition seized by the Milford Police Department in Delaware pursuant to a criminal investigation. This vehicle was awarded to the City of Milford by the Delaware Superior Court and the City of Milford holds a clear title. The Vehicle has been used as an undercover vehicle and has been driven recently. It does have some damage on the front right side (see pictures- grille, hood and inside cross member where one of the two air intakes connect- there may be additional unseen damage, but does not seem to effect the vehicle operation). Vehicle is exceptionally clean on the inside with leather interior, 8-disk CD player, sunroof, automatic transmission with "Slap Shift" sport wheels and tires. The vehicle is equipped with wiring for a phone interface but does not have the module required to connect the phone(Plug is in the arm rest- see pictures) Mileage shows 168408. We have one key. The Bra that conceals the damage is included with the sale. The Vehicle is sold AS-IS WHERE IS with no warranty of any kind expressed or implied. The City of Milford does not profit from the sale of this vehicle. All monies, less incurred expenses, is turned over to the State of Delaware pursuant to Delaware Law. Buyer assumes all liability for repairs, insurance, and registration requirements. The City does not accept credit cards and will not finance the vehicle. It must be picked up within 10 days of auction end. Buyer must contact the City of Milford via Ebay Messaging within 3 days of auction close. Buyer must disclose name and information needed to issue a bill of sale and title transfer, as well as anticipated payment date. Acceptable forms of payment are cashiers check, money order or personal check (will require the check to clear before release of the vehicle).
