I am selling this 2007 Ford F1 50 that is extremely reliable even though it has nearly 200,000 miles. Everything on this truck works well. Just as a quick background about myself...I own a pizza restaurant in Dayton Ohio and I sell cars on the side for supplemental income because the winter months are usually my slow time. Since my uncle owns his own dealership, I have access to Manheim auto auctions and like to buy work trucks specifically because they are reliable. This particular truck I purchased from Pittsburgh, but it was titled to an energy company based out of West Virginia (this is great news because large companies like this always perform the maintenance on their vehicles on time. You can still see the logo of the company on the doors where their emblem was). I flew into Pittsburgh and drove it back to Dayton with absolutely no hiccups. I was able to go 90mph+ on the highway. I shifted in and out of 4X4 with no problem. I listened to the radio and ofcoarse had my uncle's mechanics check for leaks and made sure all the fluids are clean and topped off. The breaks are great, the tires have good tired life on them and the interior is actually in good shape. Now, when I say it is in good shape, I'm referring to the condition. There are no tears or massive stain or major issues. Seems to have never been smoked in either. Having said that, the truck is very dirty. Mud must have not bothered the person whom drove this truck for his company. It was everywhere. I wiped what I could and tried my best to make it presentable for the pictures but please please expect to wash the interior. It needs a deep shampooing. The seats are dirty, the ceiling is dirty, the floor is dirty, but it really does seem to be mostly mud and should come off. I had shoulder surgery only 10 days ago and so it is really hard for me to do much more than just wipe with a cloth. It is very simply, a dirty work truck. But it will perform Now the negative....The Power steering seems to be a little more difficult than what I would expect. I had the mechanic top of the fluid but it still seems to be a tiny bit more difficult than what I know these trucks to drive like. Also, I took close up pictures of the rust spots and the cd radio that was installed aftermarket. The truck has rust and I believe I made sure to show the spots but there may be tiny little spots of rust I missed. The undercarriage also has a little rust but nothing of concern at all. Finally, the obvious damage to the grill and the front bumper. I'm not sure I know what to say about this. Again, I'm not really in the car business nor do I know much about body work, having said that, there is no frame damage to the truck and the damage is superficial. Manheim by law is required to mention structural damage if there is any, and when this truck sold, there was non reported. also, the rear passenger window does not go up and down. Please don't hesitate to ask me anything or if you need a close up picture of something. I've sold plenty vehicles on eBay and I havev100% feedback, please only bid if you are serious.
