Vehicle Detail

This is one of those finish-my-project auctions. I've been collecting some of these parts for about a decade and has just never got it done. Now too many projects and a two-car garage means this one is up for sale. This is a PROJECT BIKE. Even though it may look pretty much together, this bike needs A LOT OF WORK to be track ready. This could also be a cool bike converted to street legal status. Here's what I know about the bike you see here:-Yetman Racing frame (narrow racing version). Insanely light space frame. A similar bike was built and raced by Honda 305 Guru, Tim Mings with great success.-Redwing 34mm forks (light surface pitting, nothing that will effect performance, Yamaha RD triple clamps, with tapered roller bearings.-Honda CB77 front wheel, laced to WM2 18 alloy by Bucchanan's Spoke and Rim (Avon tire is old)-Honda CB72 250cc engine, completely rebuilt. I bought this engine from a Honda restoration shop about ten years ago. It was built out as stock, using all NOS parts, completely rebuilt (including carbs). The level of detail was so good that they even powder coated the cases and some other parts to create a perfect finish. Though this is a 250cc engine, a 305, or even 350cc (Bore Tech or others) top end will bolt on. This is a pretty rare engine, being a CB72. Look at the pics to see that the stator assembly was removed (I was going to use an electronic ignition/stator), and the oil filter cover was removed (I was going to use an oil cooler that attached there)-Custom megaphones patterned off of CYB77 specs-CB77 Rear Wheel laced to WM3 alloy rim-Stock CB77 swing arm and rear set pegs.-Holtworks built Seeley tank, beautiful aluminum with Monza cap (never had gas in it)-Airtech racing seat-New Hagon Racing Shocks-NOS throttle, clutch, and rear brake cables I'm sure there is more and I will be adding to this list. Please see the pics closely for the spares included and other details on the bike that I didn't mention here. Again, THIS IS A PROJECT. Just because it is in on piece doesn't mean you wont want to disassemble it and prepare it all yourself. This is an assembled race bike from parts, there is NO TITLE. The Yetman frame does not have it's original frame tag, so there are no numbers on it. Please look closely at the pics to see what parts you will need (rear inner fender, and rear brake stay for example) and what you will need to do (secure seat and tank, etc). The rear subframe/seat bracket was added by myself to accommodate my long legs and give the tank the proper stance. This is removable and simple bolted to rear shock mounts and standard threaded battery tray mounts on the frame. If the buyer doesn't like the Seeley style tank and wants to use a proper Yetman tank (available from Tannermatic.com) I don't mind keeping the tank and I'll deduct $350 from the auction price. Please ask questions if you have them!!!
