Here we have a "Barn Find" 1981 Honda CM400 Custom that was purchased from an elderly couple in Irvine,Ca. Bike was Shipped from Pennsylvania to California and sat in a garage till now, has Original 2,714 miles on the bike, The motorcycle in general looks great and runs "Like New" because of such low miles, tires are in 9/10 shape and are the stock tires from Japan. New keys were made for the bike but the gas cap was replaced with a reproduction that fits ok and tank was re-coated on the inside, Only defects to the bike is the paint has minor chips here and there, couple small dimples on top of the gas tank, rip on top of the seat as shown, one of the side covers has about 1 cm split on the bottom that could be easily fixed with some super glue, and the chrome on the exhaust coming out of the engine. A Honda with this few miles rarely ever surface for sale and now is a wonderful opportunity for a Honda enthusiast to own it.
