Original miles, Florida car, no rust, everything works like it should, trasmission was rebuilt 3 years ago from the previous owner ( i have receipt) and has no more than 15k miles on it, engine mount, transmission mount, front flex disc, transmission fluid and filter, New front lights, engine mount were changed recently and i have all the receipts, actually the car needs a battery and a valve seal stem replacement ( a $300 job or a $50 if you DIY) to be in perfect running condition but is basically able to be driven everywhere just with a New ( or used) battery, with a New ( or used) front bumper and Painting the right door moulding the car Will be in perfect shape.I bought this car for my Wife but she never "loved" it too "old style " for her, recently i found a deal with a 2004 saab 9-5 and now this is her daily driver car, I am actually driving a w124 e320 so i don't have any interest in keep this 300e nor the time to dismantle and sell it for parts and honestly I d like to sell it to somebody who Will enjoy it ( very soon it Will be an antique with all the insurance advantages.
