This is a 2000 Lincoln Town Car Signature Series Touring Sedan seized by the Milford Police Department in Delaware pursuant to a criminal investigation. This vehicle was awarded to the City of Milford by the Delaware Superior Court and the City of Milford holds a clear title. The vehicle has numerous paint peels on both the front and rear bumper and one evident spot of corrosion on the right rear fender above the wheel. There is mold on the rear seatbelt and inside the glove box. The vehicle is equipped with electric adjustable front seats and heated front seats, but it is unknown if they function. The vehicle is also equipped with an air ride suspension, and again, in unknown working condition. The factory radio was replaced with an aftermarket radio with a fold up display screen. It was not a professionally done replacement as you can see in the photos. There is also a live heavy gauge wire in the trunk that appears to have been for a large speaker box. (The factory speakers still work) Vehicle starts and runs with a jump (weak battery?) and the odometer reads 174474. We have one key and key fob for the vehicle. The Vehicle is sold AS-IS WHERE IS with no warranty of any kind expressed or implied. The City of Milford does not profit from the sale of this vehicle. All monies, less incurred expenses, is turned over to the State of Delaware pursuant to Delaware Law. Buyer assumes all liability for repairs, insurance, and registration requirements. The City does not accept credit cards and will not finance the vehicle. It must be picked up within 10 days of auction end. Buyer must contact the City of Milford via Ebay Messaging within 3 days of auction close. Buyer must disclose name and information needed to issue a bill of sale and title transfer, as well as anticipated payment date. Acceptable forms of payment are cashiers check, money order or personal check (will require the check to clear before release of the vehicle).
