This is a 2000 Ford Explorer Seized by the City of Milford Police Department in Milford DE pursuant to a criminal investigation.. The vehicle was awarded to the City of Milford by the Superior Court of the State of Delaware and the City holds a clear title to the vehicle. The vehicle has numerous dents and dings. It starts with a jump start (weak battery) and moves forward and backward. There are several small holes in the headliner, each smaller than the size of a dime. The odometer reads 236, 972. The vehicle is offered for sale AS-IS, WHERE-IS with NO WARRANTY of ANY KIND expressed or implied. The City of Milford does not profit from the sale of this vehicle. All monies, less incurred expenses is turned over to the State of Delaware pursuant to Delaware Law. The City of Milford does not accept credit cards, and we will not finance the vehicle. We also can not accept cash. Payment must be made by Personal Check (Vehicle will be held until check clears) Cashier's check on a US bank, or Money Order. The vehicle must be picked up within 10 days of auction end. Buyer must contact the City of Milford via E-Bay messaging within 3 days of auction close. Buyer must disclose name and information needed for title transfer as well as anticipated payment date and vehicle pick-up date. The City can not provide assistance with loading/removal or shipping of the vehicle.
