Up for auction, a 2000 Jeep Cherokee XJ. I bought it bone stock and built one great off road rig. When I installed the lift I sandblasted, repainted with a two part epoxy paint and replaced all seals in the axels. The reason why I am selling the family is growing and we need a larger overland rig. A very mechanicly sound, off road capable vehicle that has been from Colorado to Mexico. It can be used for a daily driver, off road toy, overlanding, rock crawling and everything in between. I have receipts and documentation from the build. I did the majority of the work myself but after the build the rig was inspected by a very compitant and reputable mechanic. THE TITLE ON THIS VEHICLE IS CLEAR. A DISCREPANCY WAS BROUGHT TO MY ATTENTION WHEN I LISTED THE VEHICLE LAST. I HAD TO END THE ORIGINAL LISTING. COME TO FIND OUT THE DMV MADE A MISTAKE WHEN I REGISTERED IT. THE PROBLEM HAS SINCE BEEN CORRECTED. THE ODOMETER AND TITLE ARE IN COMPLETE HARMONY. I HAVE THE TITLE IN MY SAFE. BOX A TITLE! Let's start with the flaws:-The rain gutters are slightly bent due to an overloaded roof rack but no damage was done to the pinch weld.-There is some very minor rust on the bottom of the doors. All major components have been cleaned of rust and repainted. The rust you see on the frame stiffners is purley surface due to the fact they are bare steel.-There is a small oil leak. Now the good stuff:-6.5" Rough Country long arm lift with an SYE.-Stiffer rear springs to prevent a saggy butt.-Frame stiffners.-Rock sliders.-456 gears front and rear.-New axel seals front and rear.-New brakes.-New cooling system (radiator, pump,hoses etc...), power steering pump, a/c system and Interstate battery.-Smittybilt front and rear bumpers, Crosby shackles and a 9,500lb winch (used once).-Smittybilt body armour.-Bushwacker fender flares.-33" A/T tires with lots of tread.-Pro Comp wheels.-New crank shaft and cam positioning sensors.-New fuel pump.-Dark window tint.-Smittybilt G.E.A.R front and rear seat covers with storage bags.-CB radio.-Airlift air compressor used for trailer air bags.-Flow Master exhaust (The Catalytic Converter is still intact).-All new U-joints. This has been a great vehicle for the family but it's time to move on as th kids are growing like weeds. This rig runs down the highway just as well as off raod. I would drive it across the country without a second thought. This isn't a pavement princess. This rig is meant to wheel but she does turn heads. ***The jack, shovel, axe and co2 tank are not part of the sale. I need them for my next build.***
