All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. Retractions and Notice to Bidders Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 12 hours of auctions end. Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction. The vehicle is also made available locally and we reserve the right to cancel all bids and end the auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. Additional Fees and Taxes All FLORIDA residents must pay state and local tax, title and license fees. Out of state buyers are responsible for their own state taxes and fees. A Dealership Documentary Fee of $200 will be included in the winning bid. Buyer's Inspection This vehicle is described as accurately and fairly to you.
