Own a British Racing Green Tesla Roadster with Carbon Fiber Body made in the USA. Charges to 100% battery capacity and range at 240 miles. Has 3 modes that can changed by touching the screen. Ideal, Max and Performance mode that gives a substantial boost to power but with a slight drop to 215 mile range if kept in that mode during the whole travel. Manufacture date of 2011 this is the last year the Roadster was made in the USA. The 2011 Roadster has been updated to “Version 2.5,” the latest update for the last year model. This third model update includes a restyled front end, more comfortable seats, better noise insulation, and an optional backup camera included. This 2011 Roadster 2.5 is powered by a lithium-ion battery pack that powers the 288-horsepower electric motor that turns its rear wheels through a single-speed, fixed-gear Borg-Warner transmission.
