I am selling my 1990 Toyota Land Cruiser BJ75 pickup,this landcruiser was used in Denmark as a fire truck and has only 35K miles on it since new,the 3BII diesel engine is mated to a H55 5 speed manual transmission.The conversion is very nice and solid and would make a great base as a overlanding or expedition type vehicle,it is industrial quality and strong enough to carry additional weight on top of the roof,just imagine the complete kitchen that can build in the bed with slide outs for literally anything and sleeping compartiment on top.This Cruiser has the rare and highly desirable cable locked axles,in my opinion the only locker that never fails duty when you need it,in case you did manage to get it stuck there is also the 24V Ramsey winch to get you going again. If you don't like the rear setup I can include for an additional price a NOS Toyota Pickup bed from a newer 79 series,these require some modifications to fit but nothing that a decent body guy can't handle. Same goes for the people that prefer a 1HZ over the 3B,I have a small shop specialized in Cruiser parts and have a 1HZ/H55 combo that can be dropped in it at additional cost. The 3B cruises nicely around 75 mph and still gets over 20mpg,with the ultra low miles on this unit you can be sure it is gonna last you another 25 years of service. The cab is in perfect condition minus 2 rust bubbles on the removable windshield frame,something that all 70 series suffer from,in my next container I have a few new Fiberglass windshield frames and these are in my opinion the only way to go ,new steel Toyota frames will rust again after a few years there is a design flaw in these that traps moisture :( The bed is in good condition but as with anything that is used there are some dings and dents as you can see in the pictures. The interior is completely stock,seats are like new ,the oem plastic mat shows a bit of it's age at the driver side but is still in great condition,btw these are still available new (not sure how much longer) I am about an hour away from DFW and Lovefield airport and welcome anybody to inspect it! 22000$ Might seem like a lot of money for a 25 year young PU but it is a Diesel Land Cruiser with super low miles ,Left hand drive and cable lockers,I am fairly sure it is one of few still available in this condition most Toyota Pickups lead a much harder life,just watch the news and wherever there is miserie in the world you see these with heavy machine guns mounted on them :( I have + 20 years of experience in driving and working on these Diesel 70 series and did a full maintenance on this one including changing all oil and filters ,rear brake service and the radiator was showing some signs of old age so I swapped that one also as a pm just to be on the safe side,this cruiser is ready for the new owner to drive it home regardless of where you live ;-) I have most parts for the 70 series in stock in case you ever need anything.
