1965 Pontiac Grand Prix, 2 door hardtop 400 Automatic non-original motor. THIS CAR NEEDS A NEW MOTOR -- CAR WAS STORED LAST WINTER WITHOUT PROPER ANTIFREEZE IN IT AND IT NOW LEAKS WATER FROM THE BLOCK. The car does currently run and drive -- it goes down the road very well -- and can be test driven short distances or driven onto a trailer for transport. Great project for someone with a spare 389 sitting around -- this car is extremely solid southern car from KY -- Sheet metal, floors, frame, trunk. The car needs new lock cylinders as keys have been lost -- I do have a key that does work in the ignition -- and trunk lock is removed. Brakes all refurbished, new pretty much everything including master cylinder, stops like it should. Newer dual exhaust that has a great rumble. Transmission shifts as it should, all lights work, all glass is good -- no issues. Paint does have some minor issues but is nice overall -- the pictures do make it look nicer than it really is, just want to be honest. Interior is presentable but still needs some work, could use carpet and dash refurb. Needs rear window stainless moulding. This is a really nice car that I hate to part with, but I just don't have the time to address these issues and it's time for this GP to go to a good home. I do have PHS documentation if anyone is interested. Sold as is where is in Darien, IL. No refunds. Buyers responsible for transport -- will assist on my end to load.
