This 1995 S320 is a good looking car, the luxury of which I have enjoyed tremendously in the last couple of years. The car runs and drives very well in all forward gears but the reverse is a little sluggish. Also, there is a slight dent on the front passenger door. Other thing that this car may need: Resurfacing of the rear brake rotors to eliminate the rumbling noise that you will seldom hear when brakes are applied at certain speeds. This is a pretty inexpensive procedure at any brake shop. Upper control arm/s bushings need replacement, this does jnot affect the drive-ability of the car. The car steers and tracks well under all driving condition. Oil level sensor needs its contacts cleaned, oil level light sometimes comes on and stays on, I recently did a scheduled oil change, so the car is good for another 3000 miles in my book. The oil pressure is perfect, so no problem with engine lubrication. This car is a good car that needs a little TLC, Transmission are plentiful in the market and can be bought reasonably cheap.
