My mother bought this car from an elderly lady in Arizona that was the original owner. This is probably the most rust free and unmolested 71 VW bug you will ever find. The original paint is still on the under carriage and the doors shut like a new car. When she bought the car she spent several thousands of dollars on parts and repairs that it probably didn't need. All new brakes, tires, gas tank, sending unit, suspension parts and much more. The car is currently in Michigan but has not been driven here, its been in indoor storage. The front seats need to be recovered the back seat is in great condition. The car runs good and drives great, 70 mph on the freeway no problem. A scammer bid on this the last time I listed here.
