PA residents driving vehicles away at time of purchase will pay tax to 3rd party licensing/tag service provider to tag/title in PA. This is a very simple process that we complete just down the road. If you TOW your vehicle out of here, I will hand you signed paperwork and you can do the title/tag work at your convenience.

Non-PA residents pay their tax in their home state/country. Driving vehicles away will require a temp tag (issued by 3rd party service)
