Up for auction is a 1967 Ford Mustang.Built here in San Jose, California.Factory C code 289 2V.The engine was rebuilt about 6 years ago, and sounds amazing, not for sure if it is the original engine or transmission.Fires right up Panless wiring, MSD ignition distributer, aluminum radiator with electric fan and Holley four barrel carburetor.Will need the automatic transmission either rebuilt or replaced.Doesn't go into gear, so is NOT drivable. Interior was redone around the same time as the motor.Still is in good shape, seen on the pictures there is no headliner.I have a new one that goes with the car, and just needs to be installed. The body has a Cobra body kit installed on it.Don't know when it was done.There is no rust that I can see on the car, just some fiberglass cracks, small dents and scratches here and there.All photoed below. The owner I purchased this vehicle from bought it the way it was and never repaired the transmission.He got the car from Arizona where it was its whole life.With a little TLC can be a great cruiser and a head turner.Comes with a clean and clear California title. For California bidders the registration is under Non Operational Status to DMV.
