Thank you for looking at our beautiful 1974 Volkswagen Westfalia Camper van. A nice example of one of the most iconic vehicles in automotive history. A vehicle that guarantees at least one" thumbs up" per mile. And to this day can still be used as originally intended. Travel economically to your favorite campground or tailgate party and let the good times roll. Until recently a Texas vehicle, currently in Florida, this "Westie" is a good running vehicle that just made the annual pilgrimage to a music festival in northern Florida (300 mile round trip) without missing a beat. The bus was originally yellow in color and received it's current paint scheme seven years ago. As the photos show, the vee dub's floor and frame are rock solid underneath. No corrosion issues there. The outer body panels are in remarkable condition considering their age and there are just a handful of areas with minimal issues.. The interior is remarkably complete, with the camper features operational. This VW has not been restored and thus will not win first place at the Volkswagen Concours Event, but will provide miles of smiles and nostalgic feelings, and a healthy dose of pride of ownership.
