1980 Limited edition MGB. This is a very well cared for Limited edition MGB. I am the second owner (purchased in 1988). Since 1988, this car has been garaged and never driven in the winter. In 1988 the odometer reading was 78,265 miles and now is 101,100 miles (only 22,736 mile in the last 26 years). It was displayed at the 2006 Fairfield County Concours d' Elegance (Connecticut). The body is in excellent condition with a small scratch on the passenger door (photo). The body and top are in very good condition. The engine is very good mechanically, and runs strong. It has a Webber downdraft carburetor. The brakes, tires, and alternator have recently been replaced. Shifting into first or reverse from a standstill can be difficult at times (this has been a non issue for me since I purchased the car in 1988). The drivers side seat has a rip in the upholstery and shows wear. My reason for selling this car is that I don't drive it much anymore. A very fun car to drive that runs great.
