This is a rust free blue plates 1972 eldorado convertible from California.It runs very well and drives.It has been off the road for over 10 years,so I would not attempt to drive any distance.It can easily be made a cool driver or an easy restoration.Most of these require tons of metal work and mouldings found etc.Not this one.Shes A complete car,even the spare and all jack equipment neatly stowed.An original blue car,it was repainted a long time ago and that repaint is very thin and very old looking peeling and no shine. Ive never ever seen a straighter classic car...it is arrow straight down the sides with no body damage at all.A great repaint is what it absolutely should get and theres no body work or rust repair to do,so how easy is that? I dont see previous body work and there are no dents or door dings.The best bodied 72 eldorado convert ive ever seen at any price.The rear window surround material is shot,and the roof material tho complete is old and shrinking.I actually tried the A/C today and it works...cool, not ice but still r-12 and working.Even that old panasonic stereo works thru all 4 stock speakers! I dont see any fluid leaks.One of the front rotors feels like it grabs sometimes there is a brand new caliper in the trunk that must have been bought a long time ago to repair.Please be real with your expectations.Perfect ones are 25k. This is a bargain.Theres nothing around here to compare it to since all these eldorados rusted like the titanic after only a few years. Ive got plenty more into it than the buy it now,so sending a low offer is wasting time.I paid almost 2k to ship this in from a remote part of California.Buyer will receive its Clear clean California title.Please no nonsense or games,non refundable deposit due right at auction close.Dont start with a rusty eldorado,its just not worth it....this is a great opp for someone wanting to easily restore a gorgeous old caddy,but hates rust as I do......Theres nothing like a rust free California car.Rusty cars even when repaired rust quickly again,and its impossible to get rid of undercarriage rust etc........this is the right car to do.....I bought this and a california rust free old nova at the same time,Im keeping the nova,so I have to unfortunately pass this along.Please only buy if you are a buyer and will pay and pickup very quickly.I am an honest no nonsense car guy,I need you to be the same.Thank you.
