Up for auction, is a very clean, rust free 1973 Chevy Short bed. The truck has spent it's entire life in Arizona, and is 99.9% free of rust. It has a good running 350 eng., and a smooth shifting turbo 350 transmission. (Not sure of the rear end ratio, but they are stock and I am guessing standard 373 highway gears. It has dual exhaust, that sounds just right, not to loud and not to quiet. It came originally white, and I tore it down to a shell and went from there. The truck has been repainted inside and out, using urethane enamel, and turned out pretty nice. A lot has been done to the truck since I've owned it, and here is a list of everything I have done. New paint New side moldings (LMC) New wheel well moldings New seat upholstery New carpet New dash pad New front brakes (rears are about 60%) New door panel carpet New door seals New wipers New sport mirrors All the glass is good with no chips or cracks. The tires are BF Goodrich radial T/A's with about 70% tread mounted on Centerline Convo Pros. The shocks appear to have been changed somewhere down the line, and could stand to be replaced again sometime in the future. All in all, this is a good looking, good running, and nice driving truck.
