1986 Chevrolet K-10 Custom Deluxe355/700R4/NP208Low mileage, second owner truck4 inch suspension lift, 33x12.5 Mickey Thompson ATZFrame off restoration just completed Introducing the 1986 Chevrolet K-10 Custom Deluxe pickup truck. This is a beautiful and eye-catching example of the hot "Square Body" design that everyone loves so much. This truck was originally bought brand new by a local farmer who used it to run errands to town, and was purchased by my father in 1993 to use as a shop truck, and he has owned it ever since. This truck turned 30 years old this year, so it has been treated to a frame off restoration for it's birthday! This truck features a rebuilt 355ci engine with an RV camshaft, Edelbrock carb, aluminum intake, high flow fuel pump and chrome valve covers, timing cover and oil pan. It also has a rebuilt 700R4 4-speed automatic transmission and NP208 transfer case. The engine is tuned in and runs flawlessly. At the time these photos were taken the brand new exhaust system was not installed yet so that I could show the detail underneath the truck. At the time of sale, the truck will be wearing a brand new dual exhaust system. The truck also received a brand new braking system from front to back. The body was removed from the frame, and the entire thing was stripped to bare metal and all rust and dings were removed, and the truck was sprayed with 2016 GM Victory Red and accented with 2016 GM Satin Nickel Effect paint. The result is a beautiful factory-style two-tone with a black diving accent stripe. The factory body side chrome-mylar mouldings are all new, as are the wheel opening mouldings, and pretty much all of the trim. The underneath of the truck is just as impressive as the top side is. Every nook and cranny is bathed in red. All body mounts and bolts are brand new. The interior of the truck is all black, with new black carpet and black cloth bench seat. The pictures speak for themselves. The truck looks absolutely stunning and it draws a crowd wherever it goes. Very rarely do you find a truck that is 30 years old and in this condition.
