I got this car from a Georgia government auction with a slipping transmission. I overhaul transmissions in my spare time and enjoyed overhauling this one. Cars from the south have no rust so this car was a pleasure to work on. Luckily the agency quit driving it when first ratio started slipping as it would have burned up the clutch pack. Problem was the piston seal in the forward drum, a common issue with the OEMs. I installed an excellent quality master overhaul kit with all new frictions, steel and rubber including the better elongated lip seals in all the drums.12 quarts of synthetic Ford LV installed. That was the only thing wrong with the car. Car is in excellent shape with cold a/c, perfect running engine and power drivers seat. Interior is in new condition. Tires all match and fronts are about 70 percent, rears are about 30 percent. Color is called medium light Stone. Everything works including the rear doors. Never had a cage or spotlamp or any holes in the body. Car does have many dings and scratches and blemishes but not too bad, shows well overall. Ready to drive anywhere worry free. All owners manuals, full size spare and jack with lug wrench included. If you find yourself in the Central Kentucky area, stop in for a test drive. This car is driven every few days so mileage will go higher. Starting price is absolutely what I've got in it and no more, so please no haggling. Any less and I will keep it and drive it.
