Up for auction, 1960 Morris Minor Woody Wagon. I bought this about 3 or so years ago with the intention of mechanically restoring it. I was going to leave the body as is. This car has great PATINA and I liked it that way. The engine was locked up so I removed it to rebuild. Well, a couple other projects came along and this project got back burnered. You know the story. I realize I'm never going to get to it so I've decided to sell it. The body is in rust-free condition. Obviously has dents,dings and scrapes. I put brand new tires on it ($350.00). I think it's about 90 percent complete. What you see is what you get. I might come across a few other pieces before the auction is over. It has a clear OHIO title ready to transfer. The mileage is stated as not accurate. The odometer reads 8320 which is I'm sure at least 108320. The bad news is that some knucklehead back in the 70's glued shag carpet down to the floorboard. Everywhere the carpet was it held moisture and rusted the floor panels out. The drivers side is probably usable but the passenger side is gone. I started to cut away the bad stuff. The main structure frame and side rails are solid and don't need replaced,just the floorpans. The good news is I bought brand new sheet metal floorpan parts ($650.00). With the combination of new tires and sheet metal you already have a $1000 in new parts. Car sold as is. It is in Dayton, Ohio. No REserve. Please find a shipper that will come and get it. I will not deliver to another location. $200.00 deposit thru PAYPAL, balance within 10 days. no exceptions.
