1996 Dodge Ram 2500 Cummins 5 Speed ManualFor sale is my nice 1996 Dodge 2500 Ram pickup truck. It has a low 195k miles (very low for a 12v). It has the legendary 12v cummins backed with the NV4500 5 speed standard transmission 2wd model. It is in very nice condition inside and out with no accidents ever, only minor dings on the rear bumper, and a few minor dings throughout the truck. The inside is very nice and has the "Laramie SLT" options like perfectly working Air Conditioning, power driver seat (has minor tear in side, seat cover on) and heads up climate display with working lights. The head liner is just starting to sag a small amount in the back of the cab. The dash is in excellent shape for a 2nd gen dodge with only a very minor crack starting at the back of the dash. There are no lights "stuck on" on the dash and they all work properly. I just spent a lot of time and money doing extensive maintenance on the truck including: - Brand new clutch & flywheel (done at NorCal Transmission here in Santa Rosa, CA) $1800- New rebuilt Gear Vendor Overdrive unit (makes it a 10 speed manual!! Great for cruising down the freeway at low rpms, saving diesel, etc) Was $3400 new - New Rear Main Seal- New headlights- New grill & CX Racing intake horn- New Valve Cover Gaskets- New Tow Mirrors The truck runs and drives as it should, gets excellent mileage for a diesel truck, pump has never been tampered with, all stock, and the exhaust has just been straight piped. It also has added AIRBAGS in the rear for smooth riding or towing, and a transfer aux fuel tank below truck in the dash. A very nice truck buyer will not be disappointed. If you have ever owned a diesel truck, you know how hard these older dodges are to find in this condition!! Will work with buyer in dropping truck off at local shipping pickup and can hold truck up to 2 weeks upon completed payment, but arrangements of shipping are to be made by buyer. This is a used car, so will obviously be sold as is where is, without any warranty expressed or implied. Any and all inspections are welcome during the auction period, not after winning the auction. Once the auction is over, you own it.
