THIS IS A RARE BARN FIND; -- --4 speed - had been in storage for a number of years and it cranked right up and 318 engine sounds awesome; - 65000 ; miles and supposedly that is accurate -- it does need a new speedo cable cause it does not work after sitting the last number of years in storage -; the temp gauge works as well as the generator light --- the gas gauge does not work -- the lights worked and then when we hit the foot switch to change from dim to bright they stopped -- so it probably needs a new foot or light switch -- they did extend the floor shift which can be changed back pretty easily --- the seat is torn but i believe is original; -- in fact the whole truck seems amazingly original-- i am 67 and semi retired so i decided to get rid of a lot of stuff i have - --- the owner told me it may need a hydraulic slave or whatever it is called for the trans -- which is an 18.00 part but it seems to shift fine to me -- it can pull once in a while to the right when putting on the brakes at higher speeds -- obviously the rims are not original ---this thing is going to be awesome for somebody; --one round taillight lens is broken and one has black paint on it which can probably be cleaned off -- the tailgate is awesome -- the bed wheel wells are great while the bed floor has a couple waves in it --- has clean open New Mexico Title -and of course any rust is just surface because of our dry climate - windows crank up great -carb i think could use rebuilding -- my mechanic said it would be 75.00 for him to do it for labor and parts - right side window needs replacing -- windshield in front has a crack you can or cannot replace it - you have to either pick up or pay for shipping -- feel free to call with any questions tom 575 649 7310
