Vehicle Detail
1980 Chevy Camaro Z28. It has a newer 350 Goodwrench Crate engine that has about 10K miles on it. With an Edelbrook intake and headers with dual exhaust that dumps out at the rear end. The car sounds great and runs good and smooth. Transmission shifts the way it should, Nothing leaks on the garage floor from this car. The car seems to be rust free , I have not seen any but that doesn't mean that there might be some somewhere. I just don't want to guarantee it's 100% rust free. I've owned this Z28 over a year. But now I need money more than the car. The car is not a show car, if anything it's a daily driver. The paint and decals look good. the paint does have some small flaws but nothing that stands out, a couple of places on the drivers door down low that got buffed too much is the worst of it. It's missing the front chin spoiler, but I do have the stripe kit for it, if one is purchased and installed. The interior needs restored. The front seats have been redone and it has new carpet. but the rest is driver or worst condition and missing some small pieces. The drivers outside door handle doesn't work. The worst thing about the car is, when I bought the car the guy who sold it to me told me that he had a full positraction differential installed. It turned out to be a "spool" differential which is not good for daily driving. Both rear wheels turn at the same speed all the time. It goes straight fine but does not take turns good, the rear wants to hop around on turns. The rearend also makes noises when turning, backing or decelerating. I was told this is normal. I don't like it. In my opinion it needs to be changed back to a limited-slip defferential. The car is sold as it is pictured. I'm not trying to hide anything. This is a great car for someone to take to a higher quality in their home garage. Just a bunch of small stuff that can be bought easily and installed. Starts right up. idles good and sounds good. Transmission is good, brakes are good. I drive this car a few times a week. It's a driver. Has a good Tag and has a good Oklahoma title in my name. A $500 deposit is due within 24 hours via PayPal. Full payment is due within 5 days via Bank Wire Transfer, Cash or Cashier's check. Check will need to clear before the car is picked up.
