Unlike most Fiat stories, mine has a sad ending. I was bought less than two years ago and named Antonia. My owner had just moved to Miami from San Francisco and was excited for this new adventure with me. On a Friday night my owner took me to her friend's house. I hate when they leave me in a driveway, not much to stare at. A few hours later I see my owner searching for something in her purse, and I pray to the gods of FIAT that she is searching for the keys. I hear a jingling sound and I almost turned the lights on from excitement, that would have been awkward. She says goodbye to her "friend", whatever, who is she anyway. My owner is finally driving us home, I know this because she uses a device that is plugged into my air vent to hold her phone while the map guides her. All is well in the world, she does need me!!! I bet that friend doesn’t hold her phone.We cruising, going straight, so easy. All of the sudden I am lit up, my owner didn’t turn on the lights, so where is that light coming from? Then the impact happened, I feel dizzy, then another impact, and another. I heard about this phenomenon happening in the car world, this might be what they call a car crash. I always pictured it less violent. I see a car speeding away, why would he leave after crashing us? A FIAT would never leave!! I know it had to be bad because I could barely move, I felt part of me go numb and my two left tires are out. I don’t care though, my owner is perfectly okay, I protected her!!Everybody keeps telling my owner I'm going to need new parts, but I don't understand most of human words so I don't worry much. My owner leaves with another car, another model. No keys jingle towards me anymore. My owner has decided to part ways with me, humans are saying something about her not needing a car in the future. Anyone willing to take me is much appreciated since everything you invest in me will be returned by the amazing memories I know we will make. :) Ci vediamo! Antonia
