This is a 1959 Ford Galaxie Fairlane 500 Skyliner in excellent condition. This vehicle underwent a complete frame off, ground up restoration. Every system, component, wire, switch, nut, bolt and piece of rubber has been removed, replaced, reconditioned or fixed!This vehicle has only 1600 miles since the restoration. I have hundreds of digital photos of the complete restoration. Over 100K invested. This vehicle starts every time and runs like it is brand new. I am not going to give you the history of the Skyliner or bore you with details of every restoration step. You have to see the vehicle in person to appreciate this vehicle. No expense was spared. No mechanical issues. The paint is in show condition. The interior is perfect. The Carb is replaced with a Holly 600 with electronic choke ( I have the correct rebuilt Ford Motorcraft carb that will go with the sale. The exhaust tips are not correct. The Original transmission case was cracked. I replaced it with a period/year correct original case. All other trans parts are from this vehicle. This vehicle is for sale locally and the auction may end at any time. I will answer any and all questions. I would highly suggest you come and see this vehicle in person before bidding and buying.
