Attention: This Ford Focus has a Florida "rebuilt" title. We purchased this sedan from an insurance company with Front end damage. There was neither flood/water/or frame damage nor mechanical damage at the moment of sale. The vehicle was professionally repaired and, after passing Florida state DMV inspection, was issued a "rebuilt" title, ready to be registered in any state. Terms of sale : By placing a bid on this vehicle you are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the above-described vehicle. I reserve the right to cancel all existing bids and end the auction early should the item no longer be available for sale. Winning bidder must contact me within 24 hours of the auction close and the purchase transaction be completed within 3 business days. I reserve the right to re-list or sell the vehicle in the event of a non-paying bidder.Payment Information: The successful high bidder will submit a $500 non-refundable deposit of your choice PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Discovery, American Express, Money Order, Certified Check, or bank wire transfer within 24 hours of the auction closing to secure the vehicle. The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 3 business days of the close of the auction.
