......Hello diesel family and friends, thank you for your faithful following and Happy and blessed new year to everyone,,I'd like to share a little about my self just to let you all know who you are dealing with before we get together in a business deal, I also have all my policies which have worked for me the past 14 years dealing on ebay and online deals so please read, thanks ... my name is Tom I am a licensed mechanic and PA diesel truck dealer with experience going back to the early 1970's. I started my own lot in 1979 and built it up to the size of any new car dealership with 50 employees, 12 shop bays and well over 100 trucks on the lot, we sold that property and dealership back in 2006 and today nearing 60 years old I am semi retired and opened a small hobby lot located in Carlisle PA. I still have the passion for diesel trucks in which I'm an expert (by the way anyone who does anything successful for 35 years is an expert in my opinion), and I also have the passion just as I did at 18 to help people find the truck of there dreams. I know these old cummins diesel/and 7.3's trucks inside and out and I personally drive one and love these trucks emmensley. What I hate the older ones here in the northeast since they just melt away from all the rust and bondo they are loaded up with so I fly out west to Southern California,Texas, and other west coast and southern states to buy a few clean rustfree 1 owners and drive them home to sell in the northeast. I bough this 97 Ford F250 XLT 4WD Extended Longbox from the original owner in Denver Colorado a few months ago(through a New Ford dealer I Know out there) this truck was garaged its entire life and used only for daily driving not towing, furthermore the Ford dealer did every service since day one and is up to date. She fires right up, I installed 2 new interstate batteres, fresh fluids and filters, I also installed 4 brand new cooper 10 ply radials and alignment. She sounds perfect, drives tight and true, shifts very cleanly, no leaks, smoke or no issues whatsoever mechanically.Body is just as sweet, looks to be all original factory finish, buffed to perfection, gloss is just beautiful, no rust, dents ect just nice and straight sheet metal, has Line X spray in liner, frame is mint no rust or scabby-- Colorado does not use salt its why I pay a grand more to get the back from out there, inside truck has never been smoked in, actually the seats never been sat in, when I got it the owner put aftermarket seat covers on the original seats when he bought this truck new, and when I cut them off I seen the mint seats under there, dash, carpets all in super nice shape, ice cold air, and all other toys working, smalls good looks even better.Keeping things real guys although nicer than 99% of all other 97 pickups out there some normal wear to be expected, some rock chips here and there, also has liquor check on a few panels (crows feet) that's small cracking in the clear happens a lot in original old dark finishes nothing needed though, fly in drive home definatly no dissapointments,,,Diesel Tom 717 991 0568 Remember its on a first come basis, my bttom dollar is the buy it now, thanks again
