It was a running motor with a bad valve , so it will need to be refreshed at your desire. You will have to get a later transmission and fabricate accordingly. The reserve is $8000 that will include the flathead , I think I have the rest of parts for it , not guarantee on that . Picture is listed of two rust spots and of flathead included.
