I bought this nice CX650C as a project. It was supposed to be fixed by the previous owner, who removed the engine to fix the water pump. I put it all together, re-built the carbs, replaced filters, new battery and starter. It turns over but would not start. Just did the clutch with new plates and it still would not start. I have no time to mess up with it due to relocation, so my loss is your gain . All stock, nice chrome, brakes work fine and very low mileage. Tires in good shape. This could be a very nice vintage bike, made just in 1983. I have the original tools, the original sales brochure and the Clymer manual - all goes with the bike.
