1999 Chevy Monte Carlo being sold FOR PARTS ONLY. There is no title. It is somewhat drive-able but does run hot after starting. Had a new radiator and thermostat put in a couple of weeks ago but it still runs hot. Given the age and lack of time to continue repairing I am selling it for parts.
